Job Overview:

The Retail Marketing Associate will engage with customers in retail environments to generate leads for our local office. Your goal is to exceed lead targets set by the Retail Event Marketing Manager through energetic interaction and product demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage potential customers and deliver product demonstrations through high energy and positive engagement.
• Work independently while keeping your manager updated.
• Aim to meet specific performance goals and exceed them.
• Generate high-quality leads for our top-rated products.

What You Need:

• Willingness to work weekday evenings (Monday-Thursday)
• Strong attention to detail and punctuality
• Must have a smartphone
• Self-motivated with an eagerness to educate potential customers about our offerings
• Ability to maintain high energy and engagement over extended periods
• Capability to utilize our effective lead generation systems for our #1 rated product
