What We’re Looking For
We are seeking independently licensed clinicians in Oregon who are ready to make a meaningful impact and grow with us. Specifically, we are interested in:
Clinicians eager to conduct 15-21 sessions per week.
Behavioral health generalists willing to work with couples and children, with our support.
Professionals who appreciate autonomy while enjoying teamwork.
Those interested in clinical leadership or supervisory roles.
Individuals with strong character—integrity, openness, and a commitment to quality care are essential to us.
Qualifications:
Active and unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist certification in Oregon.
Residency and licensure must be within the state where services are provided.
Compensation:
Up to $60,300, depending on licensure type/level, session volume, and additional bonus opportunities.
