Job Details

Our client is seeking a Part-Time HR Generalist to support core HR functions and help maintain a positive and compliant workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities

Administer and process payroll using ADP with accuracy and timeliness
Support recruitment efforts including job postings, screening, and onboarding
Maintain employee records and HRIS data integrity
Assist with employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws
Coordinate benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries
Support training initiatives and performance management processes
Contribute to HR reporting and documentation

Qualifications

3+ years of HR experience
Proficiency with ADP payroll systems is required
Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment law
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Hourly Rate: $34-$40/hour Pay Details: $34.00 to $40.00 per hour
