Position Overview: You will report directly to the Store Manager and/or Customer Experience Leader (CEL), playing a crucial role in enhancing customer experiences and maintaining store standards.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Enhance the Customer Experience: Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and provide personalized service. Share the advantages of our loyalty program and assist with transactions.
2. Maintain Store Standards: Keep the shopping environment clean and inviting. Responsibilities include tidying up, organizing merchandise, and ensuring safety for all.
3. Maximize Digital and In-Store Services: Efficiently fulfill customer orders, check product availability, and assist in managing inventory through company resources.
4. Prioritize Customer Focus: Handle transactions accurately while adhering to store policies and partner with the CEL for any service issues.
5. Bring Energy and Fun: Engage in team meetings, be receptive to training, and actively support team collaboration.

Skills Required:

• Availability to meet business needs.
• Exceptional professionalism and customer service focus.
• Ability to maintain a quick pace to meet customer demands.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Technologically savvy, able to use registers and other devices.
• Able to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Experience: No prior retail experience is necessary—we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn!

The estimated pay range for this role is between $15.25 and $16.25, depending on various factors such as skills, experience, and location. Benefits eligibility varies based on your position.
