Job Summary

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide professional nursing care for residents of all ages in long-term care. Under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician, you will demonstrate expert nursing skills and understand the physical and psychosocial needs of each resident.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring the health, comfort, and safety of residents.
• Administering medications and treatments as ordered.
• Contributing to the assessment and documentation of resident interactions and care outcomes.
• Counseling residents and families regarding prevention and treatment plans.
• Collaborating effectively with healthcare teams to provide outstanding care.

Qualifications

We’re looking for candidates who possess:

• A degree from an accredited practical nursing program and hold an unencumbered LPN license.
• Experience in nursing care across the lifespan.
• Knowledge of IV therapy may be required based on specific position needs.
• A commitment to ongoing education and competency training.
