MNX, a UPS Company, is looking for enthusiastic drivers to join our 2-person delivery teams in the Inglewood, CA area. If you enjoy driving and have a passion for excellent service, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently load and unload shipments for timely delivery.
• Adhere to all safety, security, and operational protocols while picking up and delivering customer packages.
• Accurately scan and track information on airbills and manifests.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or higher education is required.
• A minimum of 7 years of verifiable work experience.
• Must hold a clean driving record for at least 3 years.
• Willingness to undergo a credit check, extensive background check, and criminal history review.
• Must complete TSA testing.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years old.
• A valid class 'D' driver's license is mandatory (CDL is not necessary).
• Maintain a clean, verifiable driving history.
• Ability to lift packages exceeding 70 lbs.
• Communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken, and provide direction when necessary.

This is a part-time position requiring 20 hours per week at a competitive pay rate of $18.00 per hour. Schedule: Monday - Friday from 05:30 am to 09:30 am. Flexibility is important, as you may need to cover shifts for other drivers during vacations or absences.

Please note that this position is subject to strict background investigations, including verification of past employment and criminal records. A successful drug screening will also be mandatory.

Compensation: Our pay reflects varying labor costs across multiple U.S. markets, with a base pay range of $17.35/hr to $28.20/hr, depending on experience, market location, and job-related knowledge. Additional incentive compensation may be available based on performance.
