Parking Operations Supervisor

Summary

ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for a Parking Operations Supervisor for ASM Global/Caesars Superdome | Smoothie King Center | Champions Square.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Staff positions, assign Parking Cashiers and Parking Controllers to lane booths and garage/lot locations
• Create work schedules for daily and event parking requirements
• Prepare and issue money banks, credit card/pass scanning equipment, and departmental two-way radios
• Take lane counts and make periodic checks on Parking Cashiers and Parking Controllers during daily and event operations
• Initiate and prepare management revenue reports by abstracting various data from receipts of daily and events ticket totals
• Inspect and maintain real property and peripheral equipment daily and schedule repairs when necessary
• Monitor and maintain facilities for safety hazards daily to prevent structural damage or excessive wear to equipment
• Responsible for training newly assigned personnel using the On-The-Job-Training (OJT) system and introducing and instructing employees on policies and procedures of ASM and Parking
• Prepares payroll documentation for all full time and part time employees weekly
• All other duties as assigned

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Supervises part time Administrative Supervisors (MA's), Parking Controller Supervisors, Parking Cashier Supervisors, and Parking Controllers

Qualifications

• Must be able to successfully pass a criminal and driving record background check
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Good communication and leadership skills, with attention to details
• A valid Louisiana Driver's License is required
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Education and/or Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of college and/or 2 years' experience in parking
• Minimum of 2 years prior supervisory experience
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in cashiering, sales, and/or other related positions involving the handling of cash is required
