As a Cage Shift Supervisor, you will play a key role in managing a specific number of table games within gaming pits whilst offering the highest possible level of customer service to all guests.

Responsibilities:

• Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations, and Golden Nugget and departmental policies and procedures
• Responsible for the security of the company's assets, which includes verification of cashiering transactions within their respective area
• Manage cage inventory to include chip bank, main bank, check bank, front window and booth inventories
• Verify the Banks and/or Windows on their respective floor at the end of each shift and complete a Daily Shift Report outlining any variances, problems
• Ensure prompt and discrete notification to senior management and/or the Ethics Hotline of any observation of illegal acts and/or internal ethics violations

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory cage, banking, or cashiering role
• In-depth knowledge of casino table games, rules, and regulations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of gaming industry trends and innovations
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license
