The responsibility of the Pallets Forklift Operator is to perform general warehouse activities such as accurately receiving and unloading trailers, physical breakdown of merchandise, building and stretch wrapping pallets. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to: shuttling merchandise from receiving to shipping, laydown and storage areas loading of product into shipping trailers coordinating inbound and outbound storage freight sorting and distributing pallets to be utilized within the warehouse using hand held units to verify merchandise being distributed operating powered equipment including forklift, pallet jack, tugger and clamp attachments

Requirements

• Previous forklift experience preferred
• Ability to lift up 30lbs without assistance
• Ability to work in warehouse environment which includes heat, cold, noise and dust
• When needed working on powered equipment
• When needed standing, bending, lifting

In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJ's Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is $20.50-$24.63.
