Overview
SUMMARY:
To maintain all aspects of the building that pertain to the painting trade
Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Journeyman (4 years) trade school and on-the job training.
Knowledge of all materials and color schemes.
Working rapidly, attention to detail.
Knowledge of all paints and special coatings.
Minimum age requirement is 18.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES :
None
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS :

Preventative maintenance to maintain all of the painted surfaces of the building, interior and exterior.
Completing work orders as they come in as soon as possible.
Spray man - spray all types of materials on furniture and cabinets.
Shop man - maintain all work orders concerning the shop.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.
Must have a valid driver's license.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE :
GED High School Diploma
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Must be able to speak and understand English.
WORK ENVIRONMENT :

Indoor and outdoor varying temperatures,
Working alone or with others,
Hazards: Dust, fumes/odors, chemicals, various noise levels.
Working on various surfaces including carpeting, concrete and uneven surfaces
Working on ladders and scaffolding.
