I am working with a well-respected, firmly established Residential Paint Contractor seeking an experienced Project Manager/Estimator. This is an exciting opportunity to become a part of a quickly growing team of dedicated professionals.

I am looking for a sales-minded leader in the Residential Paint industry ready to manage a motivated team. Residential Paint Project Manager OR Estimator Experience Required. If you have the right background and are self-motivated, I would love to speak with you about this position in more detail.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Promote company services to General Contractors and property managers
• Bid residential painting projects exceeding $5K
• Provide leadership to project teams
• Be a hands-on and reliable leader

Position Qualifications:

• 2+ years as a Residential Paint Estimator
• Ability to understand and present products and services
• Planswift or equivalent software proficiency
• Specific experience in residential painting required
• Must have the ability to utilize technology to enhance client service
