We are seeking dedicated board-certified physician assistants/physician associates (PA) as independent contractors to conduct comprehensive In-home Health Evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members.
During these visits, you will review medication and medical histories, along with conducting physical evaluations, all from the comfort of our health plan members' homes. This role offers competitive pay, allowing you the flexibility to supplement your current income while balancing personal and clinical obligations. You will receive a patient-specific form for each evaluation to guide your assessments, while not being required to prescribe medications, order lab tests, or change existing treatment plans.
