Position Overview

Were seeking a full-time Outpatient Psychiatrist to join a growing behavioral health team that includes two physicians, two psychiatric nurse practitioners, and licensed clinical social workers. Compensation & Incentives

• Up to $30,000 in annual quality performance bonuses

Core Responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient psychiatric care within a primary care-integrated behavioral health clinic
• Manage a caseload of approximately 1216 patients per day
• Collaborate with clinical support staff and LCSWs in a multidisciplinary setting
• Participate in team-shared phone call rotation (established patients only)
• Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation
• Work a 4-day, 10-hour schedule (full-time, permanent)
