Remote Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner - Independent Contractor

Thriveworks is excited to announce an opportunity for Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners to join our dynamic team!

***Candidates must be licensed and reside in the state they will be practicing.***

*** We are pleased to offer a $12,500 Ramp Stipend/Sign-on bonus for those providing 25 clinical hours or more per week!***

Compensation: This is a Fee-for-Service position with an annual compensation range of $141,000-$203,000 for providing 25-35 clinical hours per week.

At Thriveworks, we prioritize safety and best practices in telemedicine. We do not push or incentivize stimulant medications; rather, we offer them based on individual client needs and diagnoses, allowing clinicians to make prescribing decisions that are in the best interests of their clients. Please note that we do not treat substance use disorders, instead referring patients requiring in-person care to suitable providers.

Our Nurse Practitioners provide care to a diverse array of clients experiencing mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, and more. Our focus includes a wide range of age groups, with an aim to expand our services across all life stages.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with Board Certification
• Master's in Nursing with active prescriptive authority in your state
• Experience with AdvancedMD (AMD) EMR is a plus
• A minimum of 1 year of psychiatric practice is required; 3 years is a plus
• All clinicians must complete our in-house training on ADHD treatment standards, guidelines, and approaches, concluding with a certification exam.

What We Need:

• Conduct psychiatric assessments and evaluations for clients via telemedicine.
• Willingness to provide care to clients aged 14 and up.
• Prescribe medications as necessary to alleviate mental health symptoms.
• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized care plans.
• Complete and manage all necessary client documentation and assessment tools.
• Adhere to Thriveworks' Clinical Practice Guidelines at all times.
• Collaborate with Regional Clinic Directors and staff about client care and program services.
