- Compensation: - $600,000 guaranteed base- Total earning potetential exceeds $800,000 with productivity bonus from day 1- Call pay: $1,800-$3,400/night- ASC buy-in and partnership opportunity
- Benefits: $50,000-$75,000 Combined Sign-on Bonus & Relocation AssistanceHealth, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, generous PTO, paid CME allowance, and malpractice coverage.
- Additional Info: Join a stable, physician-led private practice with over 23 years of success in a fast-growing market and access to an established patient base. You'll benefit from high referral volumes, with 20+ surgeons referring for Foot and Ankle cases alone.What You'll Do:- Focus on Elective Primary Joint Replacements- Opportunity for some joint revision work- Work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment- Participate in a 1:8 weekly call at a Level 2 Trauma Center (trauma covered by Traumatologists)Practice Highlights:- Equity, ownership, and autonomy available- Modern facilities: on-site ASC, in-house MRI, and nearby hospitals- Access to in-house radiology, physical therapy, and outpatient surgery center opportunitiesIdeal Candidate: - BC in Orthopedic Surgery - Fellowship-trained in Total Joint / Adult Reconstruction- Preferred: 2-3+ years of experience (will consider exceptional new grads)- Energetic, motivated, and patient-focused
