Surgery - Vascular Physician Assistant

Vascular Surgery Advanced Provider Locums Job Full-Time Clinic, Procedure & Rounding Position in Central Florida

Jackson and Coker is working with a Central Florida client who needs an additional Vascular Surgery specialized Advanced Provider (NP or PA) to assist with full-time coverage starting in late December 2025/early January 2026 & ongoing. This opportunity will include clinic coverage, inpatient rounding & OR block time during the week and will require one weekend per month of 24-hour call coverage.

Details for Assignment :
- Seeking 1-2 Vascular Surgery experienced Advanced Providers (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to fill a full-time schedule
- Will need 4 weeks of coverage (Monday - Friday) + 1 weekend of call per month
- Schedule will be split with an existing Vascular Surgery PA-C (will need to work between 2-3 days in the clinic, assisting with weekday inpatient rounding & in the OR as first assist)
- Must have a FL license
- Being Bilingual (Spanish speaking) is helpful but not required
- Will work alongside of 2 Vascular Surgeons & 1 additional PA
- Must be comfortable conducting clinic days independently as needed
- Clinic volume when coupled with a Surgeon: 20-25 PPD split, when solo: 12-15 PPD
- Will round alongside of Surgeon in the hospital, average of 15-22 PPD
- Inpatient emergent procedures: 2-3 per day at most
- Must be comfortable with: Carotid endarterectomy, aneurysm repair, Varicose vein procedures, etc.
- Facility detail: 250+ beds, not a designated trauma center, Epic EMR
