Job Summary:

Serve as the technical expert for CC&B workflows, configurations, and integrations.
Lead and oversee quality assurance testing for CC&B modules and processes.
Develop and enforce quality standards, testing methodologies, and best practices for CC&B solutions.
Identify and resolve complex system issues, ensuring CC&B solutions operate reliably and efficiently.
Design and execute comprehensive test plans for CC&B functionality and performance validation.
Utilize tools like Jira for defect management and coordinate with development teams for timely issue resolution.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Automate testing and validation processes for CC&B systems to improve efficiency.
Provide mentorship and training to teams on CC&B tools, workflows, and quality standards.
