Practice Setting:

Specialization in high-volume cataracts and comprehensive ophthalmology
Conveniently located surgical suite with experienced scrub tech and surgical team just across the street
Supportive, experienced technicians and dedicated scribe to enhance your workflow
Collaborative and efficient team environment

Schedule:

Flexible 4-, 4.5-, or 5-day work week options to suit your preferences
Clinic call only, with a 1:3 rotation among providers—no hospital call or open globes
Secure 3-year agreement

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive base salary starting at $400,000 DOE, guaranteed for the first year
Transition to a net collections model after the first year, with 30%+ earnings potential
