Operations Manager

We're looking for a results-driven Operations Manager to take charge of daily warehouse operations. This leadership role is essential to maintaining a safe, efficient, and cost-conscious environment while ensuring inventory accuracy and timely order fulfillment. What You'll Do

• Lead the Team: Guide and support warehouse staff, including supervisors, leads, and associates, fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
• Drive Daily Operations: Oversee inbound/outbound logistics and inventory control to meet service and productivity benchmarks.
• Standardize Processes: Implement and uphold SOPs to ensure operational consistency and compliance.
• Champion Safety: Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Ensure Inventory Accuracy: Conduct audits and cycle counts to keep inventory records precise and reliable.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with transportation, procurement, and customer service teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor Performance: Use KPIs and operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Optimize Resources: Develop strategies to reduce costs, improve space utilization, and streamline workflows.

What You Bring

• A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• 4+ years of experience in warehouse/distribution operations, including 1+ year in a leadership role.
• Strong command of WMS platforms and logistics best practices.
• Proven leadership and communication skills with a track record of building high-performing teams.
• Analytical mindset with experience in budgeting and process improvement.
• Solid understanding of OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Salary Range: $80,000-$95,000 Benefits: Health, dental, and vision, life, short/long term disability insurance 401(k) offering Paid time off and holidays (80 hours PTO)
