Operations Manager 1, Multi-Service

Sodexo is seeking an experienced Multi Service Operations Manager for a manufacturing site in Andover, MA.

In this role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for Security Services, vendor management, maintenance and receiving operations. Reporting to the Director of Facilities Operations, you’ll manage first shift operations and lead a team of 15+ employees. Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience - 3 years   

Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in facilities (e.g., maintenance, plant operations, engineering services, grounds, custodial/environmental, or transportation) or food (e.g., food services or operations, concessions, retail sales, store operations, or vending) services
