BJH is hiring for a Operations Technology and Engineer Coordinator. This position is onsite at Barnes. This person will be doing preventative maintenance in the OR. We are looking for applicants with some OR experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Role Purpose

This role assists management in maintaining the day-to-day operations of Clinical Engineering. Coordinates all technological activities within the Hospital environment including, but not limited to maintenance, future technology analysis, technology integration, performance analysis, vendor selection and employee onboarding and training. The coordinator develops the bonding relationship between the hospital department managers/supervisors and Clinical Asset Management Leadership

Responsibilities

• Manages projects for technology installations across multiple disciplines.

• Assists in identifying and recommending optimal staffing levels necessary.

• Takes an active role in cross training, vendor training and third party training for staff.

• Utilizes systems to conduct analyses on operational effectiveness, corrective and preventive maintenance completion, and staff workload distribution.

• Responsible for Clinical device database inventory and work order accuracy.

Minimum Requirements

Education

• Associate's Degree - Engineering/related

• High School Diploma or GED

• 2-5 years
