An outstanding opportunity is available for an experienced Oncology Clinical Pharmacist to join a respected healthcare system in central Delaware. Your Role
- Establish collaborative practice programs with oncologists in supportive care measures
- Conduct staff development programs and serve as a subject matter expert in oncology
- Review and optimize electronic oncology care plans based on national guidelines
- Participate in patient education for new oral and IV chemotherapy regimens
- Serve as a preceptor to pharmacy residents and students
- Round with Oncology Fellows, Nurse Practitioners, and Physicians to optimize therapy
