YEARLY Credentials REQUIRED:Licensed Pharmacist (Delaware Eligible) , BLS , ACLS, PALS.

Experience REQUIRED:2 Years of Hospital Experience and completion of clinical training

Education REQUIRED:Bachelors Degree Pharmacy, BPS Pharmacy Board Certified and Certificate in Emergency Medicine or Critical Care.
