In the role of Office Coordinator, we'll count on you to:
- Answer and direct phone calls, deliver messages, greet employees and visitors, and distribute mail (incoming and outgoing)
- Complete word processing for letters, memos, reports, labels and other documents as needed
- Coordinate maintenance issues with building management
- Point of contact for building as well as office vendors (as such company kitchen, plant service, compost and recycling)
- Order supplies and put up as needed
- Provide administrative support for staff as needed (meeting setup, travel arrangements, ordering lunches, expense reports and other miscellaneous tasks/projects as needed)
- Other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree, Bachelor's degree
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented professional, ability to multi-task a must
- Familiar with BlueBeam
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Flexibility and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and various managers in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including grammar, punctuation, proofreading, spelling and telephone skills
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in a closely related field or combination of education and relevant experience
- A minimum of 3 years related experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
