Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations per medical directives.
- Document evaluation findings accurately and in a timely manner while adhering to guidelines.
- Develop detailed treatment plans with both short and long-term goals, including frequency and modalities.
- Ensure proper MD orders are in place for evaluations, treatments, recertifications, and discharges.
- Implement comprehensive treatment plans using various modalities, and adjust treatment plans as necessary, while following safety precautions.
Your Qualifications:
- Degree from an accredited university in Occupational Therapy (B.S., M.A., M.S., or Doctorate) recognized by the AOTA.
- Certification as an OTR by the NBCOT, if applicable.
- Current license and/or registration as an Occupational Therapist, as required by state regulations.
