Your Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat patients facing functional, cognitive, and activities of daily living (ADL) challenges.
- Develop and execute tailored care plans for each patient.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation to comply with all regulatory standards.
- Ensure all necessary physician orders are current and properly documented.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
- Certification from the NBCOT as an OTR, if required by the state.
- Possession of a valid Occupational Therapist license in your state of practice.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- New graduates are welcome, with mentorship provided to foster your development.
