Your Role:

• Assess and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and activities of daily living impairments
• Develop and implement customized care plans
• Collaborate with team members to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain thorough documentation to comply with regulatory standards
• Ensure physician orders are current and met

Qualifications:

• Degree in Occupational Therapy (BS, MS, MA, or OTD) from an AOTA-accredited program
• Certification by the NBCOT as an OTR, if required by the state
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in your state
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• New graduates are welcome; mentorship is provided
