Description: Specialty: OBGYNLooking for MN Licensed Providers for Quick Start24 hour in house call - Biggest need is Friday at 4:30pm through Tuesday at 8am. Will accept any amount of call a provider is able to commit to. Start Date: ASAPContract Length: OngoingShift Details: Clinic and 24 hour call weekend callOvertime: 1.5x hourly rateHoliday: 1.5x hourly rateHolidays Paid by Client: New Years' Day Memorial Day Independence Day Labor Day Thanksgiving Day Christmas Day 00:00 - 23:59 Schedule: 1-2 weeks per month. Ideally 2-5 shifts per block. Client is flexible and willing to split coverage between two locums providersM-F 8am-4:30pmWeekend call: Friday at 4:30pm through Tuesday at 8am. Work Details- Skills Preferred: Skilled and competent with performing c-sections DCs laparoscopic tubals ectopics etc.- Support Staff: 24/7 General Surgery Peds and Tele Neonatology- EMR: EPIC- Hospital setting- Low acuity. 300-320 labors per year Requirements: Board Certification: Must be BC/BE. License Required: MNCredentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days. Shift Info: Day 5x8-Hour 08:00 - 16:30
1099 Pay Rate: Competitive Market Rates (W-2 Pay Packages available upon request)
