Position Highlights & Key Responsibilities:

• 4-day work week (1.0 FTE)
• Full-scope OB/GYN practice
• Opportunity to perform robotic surgeries
• Participate in 3 call shifts per month
• Build excellent relationships with GYN ONC, URO GYN, MFM, and Infertility MDs in the community
• Opportunity to teach medical students and residents
• Utilize EPIC EMR

Required Qualifications:

• Board Certification or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Unrestricted WA State Medical License or ability to obtain it prior to the start date
• Current WA DEA certificate is required before beginning employment
• Experience or training with EPIC EMR
• Open to seasoned professionals or 2024 and 2025 graduates

Compensation typically ranges from $278,500 to $484,500, including base salary and bonuses, based on various factors such as education and work experience. Our compensation package may adjust over time based on productivity and performance in the role. In addition to salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, which includes incentive programs, equity stock purchase options, and 401k contributions, subject to eligibility requirements.
