Coverage Details:
Start Date: Upon credentialing approval
Ongoing Assignment
Call and Clinic coverage, 3-4 days/week
Facility will accept multiple providers
Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 30-45 days (Temporary privileges available)

January 5, 7 AM - January 8, 7 PM
January 20, 7 AM - January 27, 7 AM
February 9, 7 AM - February 12, 7 PM
March 9, 7 AM - March 12, 7 PM
April 13, 12 PM - April 21, 7 AM

Call Details:
Call Type: Beeper
Call Ratio: 1:3
Call Response Time: 30 minutes
Call Back Percentage: 75%
Average Calls per 24 Hours:
Phone Consults: 3-4
Patients Seen: 2-4
Admissions: 2-3

Requirements:
Board Eligible
NV License or IMLC
Fellowship Required
Certifications: ABLS, ACLS

Required Procedures:
Low and high-risk pregnancies
OB ultrasounds (performance and interpretation)
Routine deliveries: Vaginal, low forceps, decision-making for C-section
Complicated deliveries: C-section, breech, multiple births, abruptions

Assignment Details:
No supervision required
Practice Setting: Outpatient, Inpatient
Patients per shift: 2-3
Clinic Support: 1 RN, 1 MA, 1 APP
Department Beds: 17
Average Annual Deliveries: 375
EMR: MEDHOST
