VHS is looking for a qualified Physician - OB/GYN.

Description: Looking for 1 or 2 providers to cover call and work in clinic 3 to 4 days per week. The dates I am looking for as of right now:January 5th 7am to January 8th 7pm.January 20th 7am to January 27th 7amFebruary 9th 7am to February 12th 7pmMarch 9th 7am to March 12th 7pmApril 13th 12pm to April 21st 7am Some of these are short shifts, but will have longer shifts to offer in the following months.
1099 Pay Rate: Competitive Market Rates (W-2 Pay Packages available upon request)
Certification Requirements: Please confirm credential requirements with VHS upon application.
