WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a PRN Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join our rural healthcare practices at Franciscan Health Rensselaer, located in Rensselaer, Indiana. This provider would join a growing, thriving practice that provides a collegial environment and strong mentorship opportunities.
WHAT WE NEED:
Ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and a desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients. Physician will need to work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
- Practice Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Traditional PRN schedule
- Average outpatient volume: 18 - 20 patients per day
- Will treat patients of all ages
- Telehealth offered
- Common Diagnoses:
- Child and adult wellness visits
- Back pain
- Endocrinology issues
- Hypertension
- Heart failure

Qualifications:
- Master's Degree - Required
- Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Nationally Recognized Certification - Required
- Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association - Required
