Our client is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our hospitalist team at Our client Hospital in beautiful Ashland, Oregon. This is a full-time position with flexible block scheduling. Our client is a 40+ bed state-of-the-art community hospital serving the patients of Southern Oregon and Northern California.

• Competitive base compensation of $766 per shift.
• Performance incentives up to 16% of base compensation beginning Year 2
• Up to $10,000 signing bonus DOE

Position Requirements:

Education:

• Graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program.

• Nurse Practitioner licensed by the Oregon State Board of Nursing.
• Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) certified through the American Heart Association (AHA) also required upon start.
• Must obtain and maintain medical staff membership and appropriate privileges.
• Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs.
• Provider shall meet all qualifications to participate in hospitals programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.

• Minimum 1-2 years of Nurse Practitioner experience
