Dermatology Nurse Practitioner (NP)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Day 8 Pay Rate: $77.60 - $84.00

This facility is seeking a Dermatology Nurse Practitioner (NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm.
Practice Setting: Outpatient Clinic.
Types of Cases: All Ages - Prescribing Accutane, Warts, Keloids, Mix on consults, routines, and follow ups. Will do minor procedures such as removals and stitching.
Credentialing Timeframe: 60+ days.
Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Health Connect - Kaiser Permanente's version of EPIC.
Certifications Required: Active Board Certification is required.
Licensure Required: Active Oregon state License is required.
