Job Summary:

Our dedicated neurosurgery service is seeking an additional physician to cover 10 days of neurosurgery call at LewisGale Medical Center in Salem, Virginia.
Qualified Candidates:

• Must be a lawful permanent resident or legal member of the US
• Must be board-eligible or board-certified
• Ability to obtain a VA medical license, and DEA license
• Must be comfortable with both spine and cranial

• Variety of neurosurgical services, including cranial, complex spine, trauma, and pain neurosurgery.
• Inpatient/Outpatient - intraoperative care as well as the evaluation and management of patients in outpatient clinic .
• 1:3 call
• Team includes 2 physicians and 2 physician assistants
• Excellent advanced practice provider support with dedicate physician assistants rounding and assisting in surgery
