Job Description:

The Network Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and optimizing network infrastructure, ensuring reliability, performance, and security. Works with IT teams and stakeholders to develop policies, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with client IT policies and best practices.

Here's what you need:

• Bachelor's degree (or 4 years of equivalent work experience) in IT, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related field

• 4 years in network engineering or related role

• Possesses strong understanding of network principles and prior experience with network equipment (e.g., Cisco, Juniper)

• Proficient in configuration and troubleshooting methods, processes, and tools (e.g., Wireshark) with experience in SDN architecture, network assessments, automated configurations, and documentation development

Bonus Points if you have:

• Capable of managing multiple tasks effectively with strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Remains current with industry trends and requirements in network engineering and data security best practices.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) are preferred.

Security Clearance:

• Active Secret federal security clearance is required

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, and the District of Columbia . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience. $102,400—$178,300 USD
