MRI Technologist Position

Position Highlights:

• Work schedule: Monday-Friday 11:00AM-8:00PM
• Ensure patient safety and accurate image acquisition
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and medical staff
• Contribute to quality control and continuous improvement in the department

Primary Responsibilities:

• Operate MRI equipment with proficiency and demonstrate competency in associated software
• Maintain communication with radiologists and healthcare team members
• Educate patients about procedures and address their concerns
• Assist in the accreditation process for American College of Radiology (ACR) every three years
• Mentor new hires and support a collaborative work environment
• Perform quality assurance on images, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance with HIPAA regulations

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologist) certification and MRI certification
• 1+ years of MRI Technologist experience preferred
• Ability to lift patients and equipment as required
• Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and communicate clearly
