Mitigation and Reconstruction Xactimate Estimator

Estimator Position

Servpro of McAllen is seeking someone with structural experience and a strong knowledge of the mitigation process as well as reconstruction. Strong candidates must have experience in the insurance related industry. Required qualifications include:

• Previous construction estimating and/or insurance adjusting experience
• Superb customer service track record
• Effective written and oral communication
• Proficient use of Xactimate estimating software a plus
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Office administrative duties such as preparing email and written correspondence
• Perform detailed and accurate data entry
• Assist other departments, as needed
• Possess polite, confident, and excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning skills
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment

As a valued SERVPRO Franchise team member, you will receive a competitive pay rate with the opportunity to learn and grow. Hours:

• 40 hours/week, flexible to work overtime/weekends when required
• Vary between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Pay Rate: Competitive pay based on experience TBD

Compensation: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
