Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Packaging Machine Operator to join their team. As a Packaging Machine Operator, you will be part of the production support team, ensuring efficient packaging operations and maintaining safety standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Packaging Machine Operator

Location: Mount Vernon, OH

Pay Range: $18.00 per hour

Shift: Sunday - Wednesday, 8 PM - 6 AM

What's the Job?

• Assist with packaging finished goods to ensure quality and efficiency
• Manage the placement of bags on bagger equipment, ensuring proper packaging
• Perform general cleanup duties in designated areas, including sweeping and line cleaning
• Support preventative maintenance activities as directed by plant staff
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth operations and safety compliance

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Ability to read, write, and speak English effectively
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good multitasking skills
