Microscope Assembler

Join our team as a Medical Device Manufacturing Technician, where you will be responsible for the precise assembly of medical devices, including catheter assembly under a microscope. This role involves adhering to rigorous standards and procedures to ensure product quality and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Follow and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures, Line Clearance, Work Instructions, assembly methods, product handling methods, production drawings, Good Documentation Practices, current Good Manufacturing Practices, and Safety requirements.
• Successfully complete training on production tasks. Understand travelers/routers, how to identify materials, use a microscope, and use production/inspection tools and equipment needed for product builds.
• Operate tools & equipment, and complete documentation as required.
• Perform equipment set-up, operation, and in-process inspection to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Work directly with Engineers/Supervisors to ensure product integrity and quality is met at all times.
• Collaborate with Engineers to develop process documentation.
• Conduct inventory counts.
• Perform other duties as assigned, following verbal instructions.

Essential Skills

• 6+months of microscope manufacturing experience
• Hands-on experience in a manufacturing or production environment, or prototyping experience.
• Prior experience in microscope and medical assembly.
• Prior cleanroom experience.
• Understanding and performing in-process inspection to assure workmanship and quality of in-process medical devices.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
