What We Offer:
- Competitive salary: MHW III at $89,687.50; MHW IV at $102,500.00
- $5,000 sign-on bonus included in your first paycheck, plus an additional $1,000 bonus after 12 months of employment

What You'll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive Integrated Biopsychosocial Assessments and intakes for clients
- Formulate mental health diagnoses following the DSM V standards
- Develop initial treatment plans using best practice guidelines
- Regularly update treatment plans based on client progress and involvement
- Document assessments and care in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) and maintain accurate records
- Handle crisis situations with appropriate urgency, facilitating access to services
- Assist clients in navigating additional mental health services and social resources
- Support clients during transitions back to community settings post-hospitalization
- Share findings and participate in peer review presentations
- Maintain compliance with various healthcare organizations and standards
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Who We're Looking For:
- A licensed therapist with experience treating children or adolescents
- A collaborative team player who engages well with interdisciplinary teams
- An expert in managing complex treatment plans using evidence-based practices
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are strongly preferred
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 45 days of hire
We are open to hiring at either Mental Health Worker III or IV levels based on the candidate’s qualifications:
Mental Health Worker III Requirements:
- Preferred Experience: Two years of experience treating individuals with mental illness or emotional disturbances under supervision; one year of full-time experience treating children preferred
- Licenses/Registration: Must have one of the following licenses (or apply within a week of hire): LSWAA, LSWAIC, LMHCA, LMFTA, or Agency Affiliated Counselor (which can only be applied for after hire)
Mental Health Worker IV Requirements:
- Required Experience: Two years of post-graduate experience in direct treatment of mental illness or emotional disturbances; one year of full-time experience treating children preferred
- Licenses/Certificates/Registration: Required to have one of the following licenses (or apply within a week of hire): LASW, LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT
