Responsibilities

• Provide mental health counseling services to clients
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with Medicare and private insurance
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
• Stay current on best practices in counseling and therapy techniques

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling or related field
• State licensure as a professional counselor
• Experience working with diverse populations such as active older adults with developmental disabilities and those in need of behavioral therapy
• Knowledge of medical terminology, medical documentation, and ICD-10 coding

Compensation is fee for service (FFS). Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $85,000 to $112,000 with no cap on productivity income potential.
