What We Offer:
- Competitive MHW III salary of $89,687.50; MHW IV salary of $102,500.00

What You’ll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive Integrated Biopsychosocial Assessments and manage intake sessions with clients.
- Formulate mental health diagnoses following the latest DSM V standards.
- Develop individualized treatment plans incorporating best practice guidelines.
- Regularly review and update treatment plans based on client progress and feedback.
- Document assessments and care provided in the client's Electronic Health Record (EHR).
- Respond to crisis situations, assess individual needs, and facilitate access to appropriate services.
- Assist clients and families in navigating additional mental health services and social resources.
- Support clients in transitioning from psychiatric hospitalizations back into the community.
- Present mental health findings effectively to colleagues, providing insights for peer reviews.
- Ensure all clinical practices align with regulatory standards set by TJC, HRSA, and organizational requirements.
- Perform other relevant duties as assigned.
Who We're Looking For:
- A licensed therapist with direct experience in treating children or adolescents.
- An engaging, team-oriented individual who collaborates well within an interdisciplinary team.
- A therapist skilled in managing complex treatment plans using evidence-based practices.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are strongly preferred but not required.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 45 days of hire.
We welcome applicants for either Mental Health Worker III or IV positions based on their qualifications.
Mental Health Worker III Requirements:
- Preferred Experience: 2 years in direct treatment of mental illness under supervision; 1 year full-time treating children is preferred.
- Licenses/Registration: Must attain one of the following licenses within one week of hire: LSWAA, LSWAIC, LMHCA, LMFTA, or Agency Affiliated Counselor.
Mental Health Worker IV Requirements:
- Required Experience: 2 years post-graduate experience in direct treatment; 1 year full-time treating children is preferred.
- Licenses/Certificates: Must possess one of the following licenses at hire: LASW, LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
