* Includes two 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch

*About the Role* Join a dynamic healthcare team as a *Health Information Management (HIM) Specialist*, where you'll play a key role in maintaining accurate and organized medical records. This position is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about supporting healthcare operations.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Prepare, scan, index, and retrieve medical documents with precision.
* Reconcile accounts and manage document workflows.
* Answer phones and assist with general HIM-related inquiries.
* Perform quality reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA standards.
* Use Microsoft Office Suite and internal systems to manage records.
*Qualifications*
* *Education/Experience:* Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years of experience in medical records.
* *Technical Skills:* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Teams, Outlook, and Word.
* *Attention to Detail:* Ability to organize documents sequentially and maintain accuracy under pressure.
* Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.50/hr.
