Position Summary
As a Medical Laboratory Technologist, you will play a crucial role in conducting laboratory tests to assist physicians in diagnosing, preventing, and treating diseases. At Williamson Health, your expertise will contribute significantly to our commitment to world-class, compassionate care.

Essential Functions:

• Promote the mission and values of Williamson Health.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
• Adhere to safety regulations and laboratory protocols.
• Perform high-complexity testing and notify nursing/physician of critical lab values.
• Conduct instrument maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Train new employees and handle quality control as outlined by procedures.
• Maintain a positive attitude while managing multiple responsibilities independently.

Position Requirements

• BS degree in Medical Technology, Medical Laboratory Science, or equivalent.
• Valid State of Tennessee Medical Technologist license.
• Laboratory experience and Meditech experience preferred.
