Required Skills:

ASCP or AMT certification is mandatory
State license preferred
Minimum of 1 year of laboratory experience
Strong attention to detail and excellent technical skills

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience with various laboratory testing procedures
Knowledge of laboratory information systems (LIS)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Education and Experience:

Certification through recognized organizations such as ASCP or AMT
At least one year of practical laboratory experience in a clinical setting

Other Requirements:

Willingness to work night shifts scheduled for Friday through Sunday, with flexible options such as 7-on/7-off
Ability to pass a standard interview process, including submission of your resume and lab certifications
