Responsibilities

• Oversee all clinical operations across Memorial Hospital Belleville and Memorial Hospital Shiloh.
• Develop programs to ensure the highest quality of patient care and patient outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with hospital leaders, surgical services, and C-suite executives.
• Ensure compliance with all protocols and standards.
• Lead a team of clinicians and support staff, focusing on practice stability and retention.

Qualifications

• Board-certified anesthesiologist with exceptional communication skills and a strong commitment to the highest quality standards.
• Cardiac training is preferred.
• Ability to lead, collaborate with departments, and uphold standards; experience with hospital operations is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

Base pay range: $50,000.00/yr - $525,000.00/yr. Competitive compensation with a base salary of $525,000 to $525,000 annually with the opportunity to earn incentives. Full-time clinicians are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package including: PTO, 401k and professional liability insurance with tail coverage. Incentives include: $10,000 FMD stipend and $40,000 cardiac stipend if applicable. Sign-on bonus starting at $50,000 with a two-year commitment. 10 weeks of PTO. 401k, HSA, and other benefits.
