Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and responsible Medical Assistant (MA/CMA) to provide exceptional patient care. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting patients of all ages, working closely with them and the healthcare team to ensure comfort and effective care throughout their healthcare journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather subjective and objective health data from patients or caregivers and communicate effectively with healthcare providers.
• Implement care plans as directed by the provider.
• Clearly explain the provider's care instructions to patients or caregivers.
• Participate in comprehensive care for patients across all phases of health maintenance and treatment.
• Monitor vital signs, prepare patients for exams, and perform point-of-care testing.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a recognized Medical Assistant program.
• Preferred experience in a healthcare environment.
• Nationally certified or registered as a Medical Assistant (MA), with relevant certifications accepted from accredited programs.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within six months of employment.
