Compensation and Schedule for the Medical Assistant – Front and Back Office

Medical Assistant – Front and Back Office – Full-time, onsite, $20-$23 per hour, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Join a communicative team in a great work environment!

Required Qualifications of the Medical Assistant – Front and Back Office

  2.5+ years of recent medical assistant experience required

  n

• n

  Women's health experience highly preferred

  n

• n

  Medical Assistant diploma or certification required

  n

• n

  High school diploma or GED required

  n
n
• n

  Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen

  n
n

Responsibilities of the Medical Assistant – Front and Back Office

  Room patients and obtain vitals

  n
n
• n

  Complete patient paperwork

  n
n
• n

  Handle patient callbacks and medication refill authorizations

  n
n
• n

  Check MA voicemail lines

  n
n
• n

  Help providers address patient concerns

  n
n
• n

  Complete prior authorizations

  n
n
• n

  Other duties as needed
