About The Role:

Performs a variety of administrative and clerical duties to proactively identify and respond to the needs of the patients, medical office staff and physicians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Works in conjunction with other staff members to ensure proficient and effective operations of the office.
• Calendar management and patient scheduling.
• Administrative and clerical responsibilities

Requirements:

• Education:  High School diploma/GED preferred
• Experience:  3 to 5 years of experience
